Our story
After years of seeing each other around Albuquerque at various growers’ markets, Carlos and Zoey connected at the NM Organic Farming conference and married a few years later.
In 2020 Carlos and Zoey officially started Farm Shark, a diversified vegetable operation in Albuquerque’s South Valley. During the growing season their produce can be found at Farina, Los Poblanos, ONI, Polk’s Folly, La Montanita Co-op and more. The rest of their produce is used for dinners on the farm and for Farm Shark’s value added product line (pickles, hot sauce, kimchi). Carlos has been pickling according to his Grandma Rita’s recipes for years.
